Initiate Your Request
Log into your Wings24 account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable return authorization form.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached back into their original packaging along with the completed return authorization slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
